Ryan & Nina
are getting married

at Riu Bambu in Punta Cana

Our story began in the spring of 2008 at the end of our freshman year of high school in Mr. Reitter’s history class. We sat on opposite sides of the classroom, at that time the only thing we shared in common was that class but had no idea eventually we would be sharing our lives together. We talked throughout the summer and eventually Nina asked Ryan to go see Brad Paisley as our first actual date.

In the fall we went to homecoming together being our first of eight Brooke High School dances together. The rest of our high school years flew by and off we went to college.

In 2011 Ryan attended Mount Union and Nina went to nursing school at WVNCC. Little did we know this was a huge challenge for us. The 3 years seemed to last forever only seeing each other on limited weekends as our academic and athletic schedules allowed.

By the grace of god we made it through the 3 years of college. Nina started her career as a registered nurse in July 2014 and Ryan graduated in December. In February 2015 Ryan started working as an IT Analyst at Bayer. That same winter we moved in together on Yankee Street in Wellsburg.

In our first home, we added two fur babies to our family. Leo, our first born, is now a 3.5 year old Bernese Mountain Dog / Golden Retriever mix. Remy, our second born is a 3 year old Shitzu / Yorke mix.

In November of 2016 we bought our first home together in Weirton. Shortly after that in December was our most recent milestone, on our third trip together to NYC Ryan proposed to Nina on December 11th in front of the LOVE sculpture.

Through our 10 years together we attended 25+ concerts, we have been to 12 states, and been outside of the country 7 times together. These few short paragraphs only give you the shell of our last ten years together, but this is only the beginning of our lifelong journey.

We can’t wait to celebrate with you all on our special day.

After that all you’d need would be souvenir/tip money if you prefer.
